YOUR AGENTS' MEMORY / macOS
Every chat.
Searchable.
Masked.
AIChatMemory keeps the chats your coding agents write, masked on your Mac, and lets any agent search them through one MCP. Works with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor.

THE ANSWER YOU ALREADY HAD
Last month's fix.
Somewhere in
a closed chat.
You solved it once. The chat that holds the answer is on another Mac, in another tool, or gone from the sidebar.
AIChatMemory collects the chats your coding agents write on your Mac, masks secrets and credential-file contents before anything leaves, and keeps them in one archive. Your agents, and you, ask it through one MCP.
What is MCPONE MAC. ONE ARCHIVE. ONE MCP.
Collect. Archive. Ask.
- 01
Collect, masked.
A small engine on your Mac finds the chats Claude Code, Codex and Cursor write. It masks secrets, tokens and credential-file contents before upload.
Mac → mask → upload - 02
Keep one archive.
Chats from every Mac land in one archive, indexed by meaning and by keyword, each labeled with its source. A re-upload never duplicates a chat.
every Mac, one workspace - 03
Ask from any agent.
Point an MCP-capable agent at the archive. It searches, counts and reads whole chats, then writes the answer itself.
search · count · session
ONE MCP. THREE RETRIEVAL TOOLS.
Retrieval, not guesses.
# Find a fix by what it was about
search "deploy failed after the cache change"
# Exact totals over every chat
count "retry budget"
# Read one whole chat, in parts
session chat, part 1The MCP only retrieves. The agent that asks writes the answer, so there is no model spend per question.
| Tool | Returns | Use it to |
|---|---|---|
search | Ranked pieces of chats | Find an incident or a topic |
count | Exact totals over every chat | Check how often something happened |
session | One masked chat, in parts | Read the whole conversation |
Every result carries its source: Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. Example calls are illustrative.
MASKED FIRST. CLEAR BOUNDARIES.
Secrets stay
on your Mac.
Masked before upload.
Reads of credential files are dropped.
The engine masks every prompt, reply, command and error on your Mac. Output from reading .env and credential files is dropped, and edits to them are withheld.
The archive belongs to one workspace: one developer, their Macs and their sign-in. Your agents see masked text only.
The archive is cloud-hosted, so masked chat text is stored on the AIChatMemory platform. Masking targets secrets, tokens and credential files; it is not a guarantee that no sensitive text remains.
A FEW DETAILS
Before your first chat.
What is AIChatMemory?
A Mac app and a cloud archive. It keeps the chats your coding agents write and lets agents, and you, search them through one MCP.
Which tools does it work with?
Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Chats from all three land in the same archive, labeled by source. AIChatMemory is independent of those products; it reads the chat files they write on your Mac.
What do I need?
A Mac with macOS 14 or later. The current download is for Apple silicon. To ask the archive you need an agent that can connect to an MCP server.
What leaves my Mac?
Masked chat text. Secrets, tokens and credential-file contents are masked or dropped on your Mac first, and edits to credential files are withheld. Masking is not a guarantee that no sensitive text remains.
Does it write answers for me?
No. It has three retrieval tools: search, count and session. The agent or person asking writes the answer from what comes back.
Can I use more than one Mac?
Yes. Every Mac uploads to the same workspace, and a re-upload never duplicates a chat.
